Requesting or canceling a make-up class

If you are taking the Dale Carnegie Course, Leadership Course, Sales Course, or Confident English and would like to make up for a missed class, please fill out the form below.

We will send you a reminder email approximately between three days to one week before the make-up class.

You can transfer to a class of the same format (face-to-face or online) and location as the class you are enrolled in. If you wish to transfer to a class that is held in a different format or location, please contact the office directly as we may not be able to accept your request.

Please contact the office directly. If you wish to apply for more than one supplementary session, please apply for one session at a time.

If you wish to change the date of a make-up session that you have already applied for, please submit a cancellation request for the make-up session using this form, and then apply again for a make-up session on a new date.
