Professional Ongoing Education Program (Graduate-only)
Develop your communication and human relations skills to form rewarding relationships built on trust and respect.
We will share what we have practiced between the time we completed the course (or since the last event) and now. By sharing best practices with each other, we can learn and inspire each other to implement specific practices. We will also share what didn't work and what problems we cannot solve, so that we can discuss and advise each other on those points and formulate concrete solutions.

Course Details
As time passes after completing the course (or after the last event), we may forget what we have learned. In today's society, we are exposed to an overabundance of information. Our brains are constantly trying to cope with this plethora of information, taking in the information with the highest priority and eliminating the information with the lowest priority. In order to maintain high performance for a long time, we need opportunities to act as a signal to remind our brain of what we have learned. This graduate event creates that opportunity to do so.
Training Objectives
If you review regularly, your memory will be more secure and the time you need to relearn will be shorter. Humans are forgetful animals, but let's practice how to make it harder to forget.
How it will help you
If we want the brain to retain key information, we have to send it a signal that says “this information is important so don’t throw it out”. After delivering training, we need to have a review session to keep stimulating the brain to recall what we have learned.
